  • Items without original packaging or tags.

  • Personal care, hygiene products, and customized items.

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged).

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details for refund processing.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, WAYBOX will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For other approved returns, customers may need to bear return shipping charges.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
